Firstly I would like to point out that the only way you can be sure that you are getting a genuine pair of UGG Australia boots ( by deckers inc) is by buyiung from uggaustralia.com or one of the retailers listed on the website. Many of the boots you seem to be describing you have said are bought from other websites and so in turn for copy companies claiming to sell genuine ugg boots that are in fact of an incredibly poor quality, the real UGG

I love my uggs to death. I live in Florida and I wear them to school sometimes and everyone always tells me.. seriously, uggs? We live in Florida! But it does get in the 20's here sometimes. And when it does, my uggs become my best friend. Almost all of my friends think they're ugly but then I say okay try them on..and from then on they're completely sold that they want a pair too!
